👥 This Guide Is Intended For Tribepad Customers & Tribepad Team Members

✏️ Introduction
Tribepad provides pre-written accessibility statements that customers can easily add to their ATS and/or Careers site to help ensure their platforms are inclusive and meet accessibility best practices.
These statements are available in two versions:
- Public body (e.g. councils, NHS, government-affiliated)
- Non-public body
We strongly recommend that all customers include an accessibility statement - especially those legally required to do so, such as public sector organisations.
At Tribepad, we're committed to building fairer, more inclusive products for everyone. We’re happy to review any issues clients find during testing and will continue working to improve accessibility across our platform.
💻 Where The Statement Can Appear
➡️ ATS Site
Customers can either:
- Link externally to a hosted statement
- Display the statement on the ATS site
➡️ Careers (Job Search) Site
As with the ATS, default templates are available for both public and non-public bodies. Once implemented a footer link will appear.
Once added to your site, scroll to the bottom of any page where you will see a link in the footer called “Accessibility Statement”:
Once you click on this, you will be taken to your full accessibility statement:
🎨 Customisation & Best Practice
- Customers should update placeholder contact details in the templates.
- We encourage customers to review and tailor the statement to reflect their own branding and content.
- Optional: Tribepad runs annual audits on candidate processes - customers can include any issues found on their statements if they chose to do so or are relevant to their ATS set up.
- We can also run audits on careers sites.
- We recommend that customers conduct their own audits also for impartiality
- Tribepad can also share a PDF list of known accessibility issues that can be referenced in your statement.
