📅 Using The ATS Calendar

You will now be presented with the following page, where you will have access to a smaller calendar which provides a snapshot of a full month, as well as a further calendar which consists of a list of days down the side.

Dates shown in bold text on the mini calendar indicate that there is some type of event linked to that date, if you hover over that date you will see a pop-out with further information.

You can also scroll down the listed calendar, where you will be able to click on any notifications or jobs to view further information.

➡️ Filter By Keyword

If needed you can “Filter By Keyword”, as shown in the image below (1). This can be used to filter your calendar to show perhaps a job opening date for a certain role.

➡️ Calendars

Whilst on “Calendars” (1) you have the option to either view your own, or other colleagues calendars. This will depend on the hierarchy within your organisation and your user access.

In order to view and access yours (or a colleagues) ATS calendar from this option make sure that you have selected the Calendar icon (2).

  • Calendar icon (2)
If you would like to view your colleague's calendar, you can type in the details of their name to search for the contents of their calendar (3). The events can be easily identified by a small square icon containing their initials.
  • Your Calendar (4)
Select this check-box to show details of events contained in your calendar. Deselect the check-box to remove visibility of your events.

➡️ Google Calendar Access

We all have different ways of managing our diaries and Tribepad understands that using two or three different calendars to remain organised isn’t a very effective use of time.

To help keep everything in one place, the ATS calendar allows you to sync your Google calendar, this means that any events within your own Google calendar will show in the ATS calendar and vice versa.

To enable this function, whilst on calendars (1) you need to select the “G” icon (2) and select “Request Access” (3).

You will be taken to a screen where you will be prompted to select the Google account that contains the Google calendar.

Choose the relevant account and you will be presented with the below example, where you need to select “Allow”.

After this step, your google calendar will be fully synced.
