✏️ Introduction
Managing the recruitment process often means juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. From following up with candidates to scheduling interviews, it's easy for something to slip through the cracks. That’s where tasks come in.
This guide will show you how to create and manage tasks directly within candidate applications - making it easier to stay organised and ensure every important step is actioned on time. Whether it's adding a quick note, setting a to-do item, or sending an SMS, you'll learn how to use these tools to stay on top of your recruitment workflow.
🗒️ To Add A Note
To add a note simply click on note at the top of the pop out (1). You will see “Link to Application” greyed out as your note is automatically attached to the job role that the candidate has applied for.
You will then see a text area box where you can enter in the note you would like to add (2).
Once you are happy with your note, simply click “Add” at the bottom of the pop-out (3).
You will now see the following message to confirm your action.
📍 To Add Task To-Do List Items
To add a task to-do list item, start by clicking on “Task To-Do List Items” at the top of the pop-out (1).
You will now need to set a due date for this task to be completed by (2).
You will then see a text area box where you can enter in the to-do list item you would like to add (3).
Once you are happy with your to-do list item, click on “Add” at the bottom of the pop-out (4).
You will now see the following message to confirm your action.
📲 To Add SMS
To add an SMS, start by clicking on “SMS” at the top of the pop-out (1).
You will then see a text area box where you can enter in the SMS message you would like to send (2).
Once you are happy with your SMS message, click on “Send” at the bottom of the pop-out (3).
You will now see the following message to confirm your action.
