Whether a document has been uploaded to the wrong candidate or a file needs correcting, you’ll learn how to quickly locate and delete the right item so records stay accurate. Use this walkthrough whenever you need to tidy up files and ensure each candidate’s information reflects the correct details.

❌ How To Delete An Application File

Whilst in your ATS platform, find the Candidate with the document you want to remove and hover over their name where you will see a pop-up that will show their email login.

 

 

Now head to Tribepad Manage. From the top tool bar, click on Platform Configuration followed by "Remove Application Files" from the options.

 

 

Now enter the username (email address) of the candidate.

 

 

Click "Find Applications".

 

 

This search will return all of the applications associated with this candidate. Click on delete file next to the relevant application.

 

 

After clicking delete file you will be asked to confirm this deletion, click on "delete" to complete this action.

 

 

The file in question will now be permanently removed.

 

 

Switch tab back to your ATS platform. The file in question will no longer be linked to the candidate account.
