✏️ Introduction
There are many reasons why you may want to contact a candidate via email. For example, to invite them to an interview, or remind them of an upcoming interview.
You can do this via the ATS, however if a response is required, the candidate will need to be provided with an email address to respond to or you will need to be using our 2-Way Messaging feature.

📨 How To Email A Candidate
To get started simply tick the check box on the candidate that you would like to email (1).
Next click on options (the cog icon), this will open a drop down menu where you will need to click on “Email”.
You will now see a pop-out where you will be able to create your email to send to the candidate.
First you need to decide who you would like to send the email from. This could be directly from yourself, or a team email address for example.
Next decide whether you would like to use a pre-made template, or create the email content yourself.
If you choose to create your own email content, you will need to create an “Email Subject” first, followed by the body of your email, which will depend on the reason for sending.
If required, you also have the option to upload files/attachments.
Once you are happy with your email content, simply click send, followed by close to complete the process.
