This guide provides an overview of the email packs available within Manage, helping you understand what communications are sent, who receives them, and when they are triggered.
Email packs play an important role in keeping the right people informed at the right time. Each pack is designed to support specific moments in the workflow, ensuring consistent, timely communication without the need for manual intervention.
