      🗨️ Candidate Experience Feedback Surveys

       

      At Tribepad, we value the experience of your candidates and are committed to continuously improving our recruitment process to support them. Their feedback helps us refine our systems, enhance their candidate journey, and ensure our hiring process reflects our brand values, giving you the best service possible.

       

      So we're excited to introduce Candidate Experience Feedback Surveys, which can now be added to your communications at key stages of your hiring process. These surveys are intentionally generic to help improve the Tribepad candidate experience.

       

      We’d love for you to share these links to quick Tribepad surveys with your candidates at the end of these key stages of their application journey:

      • After submitting an application
      • When confirming an interview
      • During the onboarding and contract process

       

      All surveys are completely anonymous to encourage honest responses. All responses will be collected directly by Tribepad.
