Application Response Totals
This reporting overview shows the number of applications created versus the number of applicants that have completed the Diversity Questionnaire.
The reports are further broken down by each individual Diversity question. For each question that has received a response or no answer, it has been recorded as a percentage per recruitment stage.
By Recruitment Stage we mean;
Incomplete, In Process, Unsuccessful, Hired, Offered, Accepted etc
In every report available within insights you are able to download a raw data format to be able to manipulate in excel outside of the platform. To see how to do this please see the below link to the raw data article:
