What can this report do for you?
This report looks at all live jobs and shows the progress on each of them. This includes a candidate's individual status and personal details, relating to specific jobs.
As usual, this report can be tailored using the quick-date ranges at the top of the page.
The report includes information on
- The job reference
- The job owner
- The job Hiring Manager
- Divisional contact details (useful if you use Hierarchy within your organisation)
- Candidate details
- The source the candidate originated from
- Details on the application (i.e. creation date)
- Dates of interviews
- Dates when the application passed through different stages in the process
- Workflows that may be triggered through the recruitment process
In the 'Job Reference' column, the reference numbers are highlighted blue
- This means the text is a hyperlink.
The hyperlink links to more information about the specific job:

As usual, custom filters can be applied to each report at the top of the page:
- Multiple options can be applied to each filter by typing a key word or phrase in each field and selecting the relevant option(s).
