Jobs - Job Templates

What can this report do for you?

This report shows you which Job Templates have been used when creating Job Adverts. 

 

You can apply quick-date range filters or Custom filters on this report:

The Custom Filters that are available here are:

The Custom Filters for this report apply to the Job Template only

The date filters apply to the Template's Creation Date.

  • If this has not been set, the template's Modification Time will instead be used.

 

Once you have selected your date range and added any other filters, you will be presented with a page like this:

 

You can the templates that are visible for use in your ATS:

In this example, there are only 2 templates displayed as in the ATS that provides this data, there are only 2 templates in existence:

The 'Total Job Count' column title indicates that 6 roles have been created from the 'Head Office' template, but none have been created from the 'Stores - Customer Assistant' template:

 

Scrolling further to the right of the page, you can see 

  • The date the last job was created using a template
  • Who the template was created by, when it was created and if/when it has been modified

Finally, on the far right-hand side of the page, you can see details of 

  • Business Unit
  • Region/Division
  • Internal category
