Onboarding Overview Dashboard

What can this Dashboard do for you?

The Onboarding Overview Dashboard shows you everything relating to Onboarding at a glance.

When you first load it up, it will look something like this:

You are not able to use the Quick Date Ranges at the top of the page on this Dashboard. Instead you must use the Custom Filters to specify date ranges:

Here you can choose to view

  • User Workflow Creation Dates (i.e. when workflows within an Onboarding package were created)
  • User Workflow Completion Dates (i.e. when the workflow was completed by a candidate / internal user)
  • User Workflow Item Completion Dates (i.e. when specific actions were completed by a candidate / internal user.

Scrolling further down the Custom Filters page, you can choose to filter on a specific Onboarding Package, Workflow or Workflow Item by choosing from the drop-down lists:

  • You can choose several options from each of these drop-down lists if you wish:

Scrolling further down the Custom Filters page, you can add in details of specific candidates if you choose, and also add in filters for specific elements relating to the job:

Again further down, you can add in filters for Hierarchy if relevant, as well as the Application status of a candidate and the Job State:

Finally in the Custom Filters, you can determine Time Period calculations:

Once the necessary filters have been applied, the data you see shows the following:

  • Package Overview - this shows how many packages you have in your ATS and how many jobs have been linked to those packages.
    • The blue text reflects how many as of now, and the green text reflects how many in total
  • User Packages - this shows, in the specific time period, how many packages have been triggered and whether they are complete or incomplete
  • User Workflow Breakdown - this shows, in the specific time period, how many Candidate, Admin (i.e. Internal user) and External workflows have been completed or are still incomplete.

Further down the page, you have 2 infographics:

  • The infographic on the left shows a 'Package Activity Overview', i.e. when a package was created / completed
  • The infographic on the right shows a Workflow Activity Overview, i.e. which workflows have been created / completed.

At the bottom of the page, you can see Top 5 packages:

  • This gives an indication of which packages are being used most in your platform

You can also see the Top 5 Jobs which have packages attached to them:

  • This gives an indication of which workflows are being completed compared to the job.
