Performance - Recruiters Dashboard

What can this report do for you?

The Recruiter's Dashboard shows you handy infographics which depict activity from your Recruitment team as a whole.

Each infographic can be tailored, as always, using the quick-date ranges at the top of the page.

Please note - all of these infographics can only present data when a minimum of 7 days date-range is selected.

 

The first graph shows you the number of actions carried out by a user on the ATS.

    • The data can be manipulated by selecting one of the options underneath the axis at the bottom, to either see only the Recruiter Actions or only the Recruiter Count
    • 'Recruiter Actions' refers to how many pages in the ATS were visited by the recruiters logged in that day
    • 'Recruiter Count' refers to how many recruiters were logged in that day.

 

The next graph details 'Application Processing Activity'. This refers to how many applications have been moved to each stage in the recruitment process, on a particular day

    • The data can be manipulated by selecting one of the options underneath the axis at the bottom - click a stage to take it away from view. Click it again to bring it back into view.

 

The next graph shows your 'CV Search' totals

    • CV Searches are done through the Talent Search function
    • Again, you can manipulate the data by clicking on the options below the axis
    • 'Total Searches' refers to how many searches were done via Talent Search on a particular day
    • 'Recruiting Users using Search' refers to how many people conducted those searches

 

The final graph highlights Job Invites, i.e. how many 'Invitations to Apply for a Job' have been sent to prospective candidates.

    • Again, the data within the graph can be manipulated by clicking on the options below the axis
    • 'Total Job Invites' refers to how many inviations to apply have been sent out by all recruiters
    • 'Recruiting Users using Job Invites' refers to how many individual users sent those invitations
