What can this report do for you?

This report details the visits from:

  • Candidates via referral websites
  • Candidates being directed from job boards
  • Referrals from candidates for other suitable candidates
  • Candidates responding to job alerts

Depending on the date-range filter you apply to the report, you will see two infographics:

Visits by Referrer Domain  Name (top 15)

This shows the total visits by referrer from any source

Applications per day

Like the 'Source : Tracking - Visits by Source' report, this is based on primary applications only, i.e. ones that have been done directly on the ATS

- Underneath the infographic is more context around the data used to create this report.

Remember -

Notes present under a report are there to help you and give you more context - they are always worth reading for more information!

The report at the bottom includes information on visits, much like the 'Source : Tracking - Visits by Source' report does, but this one includes the 'Referrer Domain Name' (left-most column) so you can see exactly where candidates were referred from.

As always, if you see a blue hyperlink in any of the columns, you can click on it to see further detail about that particular element (or referrer in this case) in the report.

On every report you can apply Custom Filters to manipulate the data your way. This is done at the top of the page and the button is alongside the quick-access date-ranges:

Customer filters here include:

The 'Source and Visit filters' at the bottom of the page relate to visits (i.e. actions completed in 1 period of browsing) and where the candidate has originated from

- 'Identified sources' relate to trackable locations, for example jobboards, referral emails etc.
