✏️ Introduction
The PDF Poster function allows you to quickly generate a downloadable poster for a job, complete with a QR code that links directly to the application or registration page. It's a handy tool for promoting roles at events like job fairs, helping candidates apply on the spot using their mobile devices.
📑How To Generate A PDF Poster
To get started, head to the Jobs List and find the relevant job.
Whilst on your job, click the downward-facing triangle at the top of the job view to open the options menu (1). From the dropdown menu, click on PDF Poster (2).
A pop-up will appear with a draft version of the poster. Here, you can:
- Edit the poster details as needed
- Preview the poster to check how it looks
Once you're happy with the design, click “download” to get a copy of the poster as a PDF.
Once your poster has downloaded, you can view print and display as required:
The QR code will direct candidates to the registration or application page (depending on what has been configured), where they can create a profile and apply for the role instantly.
