Providing ATS Access To A Recruitment Agency

Some organisations use recruitment agencies to find suitable candidates. To support this, you can grant agencies access to a dedicated ATS portal with limited permissions to maintain confidentiality and prevent errors.
It's crucial to clearly explain your recruitment processes to the agency at the outset, so they understand how the portal works and what actions they can and cannot perform.
π» How To Set Up Agency Portal Access
The first step is to ensure the agency portal is available for your organisation and checking that the correct permissions are in place.
To do this:
π If you are a new customer:
Discuss access with your Service Delivery Manager at Tribepad.
π If you are an existing customer:
Speak with your main ATS lead, who should contact the Customer Support Team to request access.
π Providing The Agency With Access
The next step is to provide the agency with access to the agency portal.
This is carried out via the Manage Administration tool, so you will need to speak to the person within your organisation that has access to do that, in order to set up.
- Login to Manage.
- Select ATS Users from the top navigation menu.
On the left-hand side of the page, you will see βCreate Userβ.
- User Role
Select this drop-down menu and select the relevant user role to expand the next drop-down menu. - Sub User Role
Generally, you will see the word Agency listed here.
- Firstname
Enter the first name of the agency user. - Lastname
Enter the last name of the agency user. - Username
Enter the email address of the agency user. - Password
Enter a password, but do not provide this to the agency user. - Confirm Password
Enter the same password, but do not provide this to the agency user.
- Send welcome email
Select this toggle on to send the agency user a welcome email.
- Create
Select the create button.
The agency user has now been created and you will see a green banner at the top of the screen to confirm that action.
