👥How To Refer A Friend To A Job Role

Referring a friend to a role is quick and easy. 

 

 

Start by heading to the relevant job posting and open the vacancy you’d like to refer your friend to.

Next click on the “Refer a friend to this job” button (1).



A pop-up window will appear, where you will need to fill in all of the relevant details (2).

 



Click on the “send” button to submit the form.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email thanking you for your referral.

 



The referee will also receive an email inviting them to apply for the job.

 




To apply, the referee needs to click the link in their email (3), followed by completing their candidate profile on the platform.

👤How To Identify Referred Candidates 

Recruiters can view referred candidates by checking the candidate list on the relevant job. Referred individuals will have an "R" icon next to their name (1).

 



If you would like to view further referral details simply hover over the "R" icon to see a pop-up showing (2):

  • The name of the person who referred them

  • The referrer’s email address

  • The date the referral was made
