👤 One Way Interviews
The video interviewing software contains a number of different analytics for you to take a look at.
Analytics can be found by first navigating to the VI software, down the left-hand side of the screen you will see a menu of options.
- At the bottom of the list select 'Analytics'.
➡️Filters
Each report allows you to select specific filters and add certain criteria. The filters on each report will vary and they allow you to refine the information that you would like to produce, for example, information about a particular role or question in an interview.
Once you have made your selections, select 'Run', this will create your report which will be shown underneath the filters.
You can choose to Export the report by selecting the 'Export' button, this action will allow you to open the file in excel for example, you can then save the file locally to your computer.
➡️One-way interviews
This report provides you with a broad overview of one way interviews:
- Position name
The name of the position you are recruiting for. - Date created
The date the position was created. - Created by name
If you are using VI as an integration with the ATS, the name will appear as 'Tribepad ATS'.
If you create a position manually, the name will appear as your username. - Created by email
This will show as NA if you are using VI as an integration with the ATS.
If you are using VI as stand alone software a username will be shown. - Status
If there is an interview that is still active within the position shown, the status will show as Active.
If all interviews have expired, the status will show as Expired. - Date of last expiry
This shows the date and time of the most recently expired video interview. - Candidates invited
Shows the total number of candidates that have been invited to interview. The numbers shown may vary according to the filters you select. - Candidates started (number)
Shows the total number of candidates that have started their interview, they may not yet have completed the interview. - Candidates started (%)
Shows the total percentage of candidates that have started their interview, they may not have completed the interview. - Candidates completed (number)
Shows the total number of candidates that have completed their interview. - Candidates completed (%)
Shows the total percentage of candidates that have completed their interview. - Candidates completed that started (%)
Divide the total candidates completed by the total candidates started.
(i.e. 5/6 = 0.83%) - Candidates with review started
Total reviews started, that remain incomplete. - Candidates with review completed
All reviewers have completed reviewing the candidates' interview. - Candidates left to review
Total of candidates with interviews left to review. - Number of questions
Total number of questions in the interview for the relevant position. - Questions asked
The name of each question in the interview for the relevant position. - Total question time allocation
Total answer time for all questions being asked. - Date of first answer
Provides the date and time that the very first candidate answered the first question in the interview for the relevant position. - Date of first review
Provides the date and time that the first reviewer reviewed the candidate's interview for the relevant position. - Average time to review
Takes the total of all reviewers and time taken to review the candidates interviews and creates an average. - Total reviewers
Provides the total number of users assigned to review a candidate's interview. - Candidate thumbs up & thumbs down
These columns show the total number of candidates that have each been given a thumbs up or thumbs down against their interview. - Candidates passed, rejected & withdrawn
These columns show the total candidates that have been marked and moved to each of these statuses. - Top Score, Top candidate name & Top candidate email
The score shown in the 'Top Score' column is the total score given by all reviewers against the candidate shown in the 'Top Candidate name' and 'Top candidate email' column. - Date of first invite
Shows the date and time that the first invitation to interview was sent. - Date of last invite
Shows the date the last invitation to interview was sent. - Interview template
Shows the name of the interview that was used (interviews from the interview library). - Reviewers
Shows the name of all reviews assigned to a position.

The live interviews report will produce the following columns of information:
- Title of interview
This column provides the name that was added as the title for the interview. when completing the Interview details. - Description of interview
If any notes were added when completing the Interview details, they would appear in this column. - Position
At the moment this column will show as N/A. This is because live interviews are not currently assigned to a position. - Date created
This column shows the date the live interview was created. - Created by name
This column will appear as blank. - Created by user type
This column will appear as blank. - Now interview
This will show as True or False, true if the schedule now feature was used. - Scheduled
Shows the date and time that the interview is scheduled to start. - Ended
Shows the date and time that the interview ended. - Duration
Shows the interview duration in milliseconds - Candidate name and Candidate email
These columns show the candidate name that was entered during the interview creation and the candidates email address that the invite was sent to. - Attendees
Shows a list of users that are scheduled to attend the interview. - Recordings
Shows how many recordings took place during the interview. - Messages
Shows how many messages were exchanged during the interview. - Files shared
Shows how many files were shared during the interview.

The candidate interview report will produce the following columns of information:
- Candidate email
This column shows the candidates email address. - Candidate name
This column shows the candidate's name. - Position name
This column shows the name of the position that the candidate has been invited to interview for. - Questions asked
This column shows a list of all the questions contained within the interview against the relevant position. - Date candidate invited
This column shows the date and time that the candidate was invited to the interview. - Date candidate started
This column shows the date and time that the candidate started to complete the interview. - Date completed
This column shows the date and time that the candidate completed the interview. - Interview completion status
This column shows the current status of the candidate's interview (invited, reviewed, complete). - Date of last action status
This column shows the date the status was recorded as provided under column "Interview completion status". - Number of questions asked
This column shows the total number of questions in an interview. - Number of questions answered
This column shows the total number of questions answered. - Score
This column is calculated by taking the total score given by all reviewers / the total available score) for example: An interview has 2 questions and each question has a maximum scoring criteria of 10. The interview has 2 reviewers; Reviewer 1 adds a score of 5/10 for question 1 and 10/10 for question 2. Reviewer 2 scores 2/10 for question 1 and 3/10 for question 2, the % score is calculated as follows = 5+10+2+3/10+10+10+10 = 20/40 = 50%.

The questions report will produce the following columns of information:
- Question
Shows each individual question depending upon your chosen filter criteria.
If you do not select any filter criteria and choose to export the data, all questions will be listed. - Date created
Shows the date the question was created. - Created by email
Shows the email address of the user that created the question. - Created by name
Shows the name of the user that created the question. - Minimum score given
If there were 2 users assigned to review the video interview and of this particular question 1 reviewer gave a score of 2 and the 2nd reviewer gave a score of 3. Score 2 would show in this column. - Maximum score given
The same methodology as shown in the above, however the maximum score would be shown instead (i.e.3). - Average score given
Taking an average of the minimum and maximum score given., using the above 2 examples;
5 + 2 / 2 = 3.5 would be shown as the average score. - Positions assigned to
Shows the total number of positions that a particular question has been assigned to. - Positions assigned to
Shows the name of the position that the question has been assigned to. - Number of candidates asked
Shows the total number of candidates that were asked the question in their interview. - Number of candidates answered
Shows the total number of candidates that completed the question in their interview. - % of completion rate
Shows the number of candidates that answered the question / the total number of candidates that were asked the question i.e. 2 candidates were asked and 2 candidates responded 2 / 2 = 100%. - Candidate with top score
Shows the name of the candidate that scored the highest when their interview was reviewed. - Link to top answer
Provides the link to the specific candidate and their answer.

The questions and answers report will produce the following columns of information:
- Position created by
Shows the name of the user that created the position. - Internal candidate ID
This is the candidate's unique ID, you can use this to help you cross reference against other reports. - Candidate name
Shows the name of the candidate that has answered the question. - Date invited candidate
Shows the date and time that the candidate was invited to interview. - Internal question ID
This is a unique ID and it can be used to cross reference against other reports. - Question text
Shows each individual question depending upon your chosen filter criteria.
If you do not select any filter criteria and choose to export the data, all questions will be listed. - Question created by
Shows the name of the user that created the question. - Date candidate answered the question
Shows the date and time that the candidate completed the question. - Candidate score
Shows the total of all scores given to the candidates answered by users assigned to review the question/interview. - Reviewers
Lists the email addresses of the users that reviewed the candidates answer to the question.
💼 Managers
The video interviewing software contains a number of different analytics for you to take a look at.
Analytics can be found by first navigating to the VI software, down the left-hand side of the screen you will see a menu of options.
- At the bottom of the list select 'Analytics'.

The managers report will produce the following columns of information:
- Internal user ID
This is the unique ID of an individual user. - Manager name
The name of the user accessing the VI software. - Manager username
Email address of the user accessing the VI software. - Date created
The date the user was created. - Date of last login
Shows the date the user last logged in. - User type
Recruiter or Hiring Manager (HM). - Positions created
Shows the total number of positions that the user has created. - Candidates invited
Shows the total number of candidates that the user has invited to carry out the interview against the position listed in the report. - Candidates assigned
Shows the total number of candidates where the user has been assigned to review the candidate's interview. - Candidates reviewed
Shows the total number of candidates that the user has reviewed and added a score to. - Candidates reviewed
The same as above but shown as a percentage. - Average days to review candidates
Shows the average time difference in days between when the answer was given by the candidate and when the review was done, for all reviews done by that manager for example;
Candidate 1:
Answered Q1 on 01/10/20, reviewer 1 reviewed on 03/10/20 (2 days).
Answered Q2 on 01/10/20, reviewer 1 reviewed on 04/10/20 (3 days).
Candidate 2:
Answered Q1 on 03/10/20, reviewer 1 reviewed on 04/10/20 (1 days).
Answered Q2 on 04/10/20, reviewer 1 reviewed on 06/10/20 (2 days)reviewer 1 has an "Average days to review" is calculated as follows [2 + 3 + 1 + 2] / 4 = 2 days - Average score given
An average of the total scores across all videos that the user has been assigned to as a reviewer. - Top score given
Out of all the interviews the user has reviewed, the number shown here is the highest score that the user has added to a candidate's interview. - Bottom score given
Out of all the interviews the user has reviewed, the number shown here is the lowest score that the user has added to a candidate's interview.
