Community and Community Activity reports

What can these reports do for you?

Please note - these reports relate to older functionality in the ATS and is no longer supported for new customers. 

If you are a customer who has been with Tribepad for a significant amount of time, you may still have this functionality. 

This functionality will eventually be phased out in favour of our more updated Campaigns feature. For more information on this, please click here or speak to your Account Manager.

 

The Groups / Community functionality in the ATS stems from the 'Social' menu:

Within the Groups / Community section, you have the ability to create groups and invite candidates to interact with you as an organisation and with each other.

 

The Community report relates to those communities that you set up in your ATS:

You can apply a date filter through the Custom Filters tab if you wish:

You can see that the information provided in this report relates to activity based around the groups or communities you have set up in your ATS. 

 

 

You also have access to a Community Activity report which details how many forum posts and threads have been created.

You can use the Quick Date Ranges at the top of the page, or use the Custom Filters tab to select a specific date range:

 

Once you have applied a date range, you can see a graph view of Forum Activity by day, based on your Groups and Communities section in the ATS:
