Custom notifications

Learn all about custom notifications and how they can be used.


Custom notifications are a feature that can be enabled for your organisation.

If you are a brand new customer and you are interested in using this feature, please speak to your Service Delivery Manager.

If you are an existing customer, please speak to the main ATS lead within your organisation.


Custom notifications allow you to set up an automated email which is sent to a specific user once a candidate is moved to a particular stage of the recruitment process.

Custom notifications are set up on a per job basis and you can set up more than 1 notification on a job if you wish.

In the video a notification is set up on a job to notify the Hiring Manager when a candidate is moved to the Shortlist stage. 

A reason for using this as an example is because a Hiring Manager may not use the ATS day to day, so it can be a helpful prompt to carry out an action.
