This page will provide some answers to some of the most frequent questions we are asked in relation to onboarding

Q. Why hasn't onboarding been sent to my candidate? 

Please ensure there is an onboarding package assigned to the job which the candidate has applied to. 

Q. Where can I update onboarding forms? 

Currently forms can not be updated via the ATS, however, changes can be requested via the Tribepad Helpdesk.

Q. The admin workflow has not been triggered? 

Please make sure there is an active user assigned to the role which the workflow is associated with.

Q. How can I change the date format on the onboarding pop-up? 

The date format on the onboarding pop-up is determined by your browsers language settings. 

Q. Why do we keep receiving onboarding reminder emails? 

Every onboarding package gives you the option to set up reminders to complete onboarding workflows, reminders will send until the workflow has been completed.
