Communication Opt-Ins - FAQs
This page will cover some of the most frequently asked questions we are asked when it comes to the communication opt-ins.
Q. Can I change the communication opt-ins for a candidate?
No, currently we do not give anyone access to change a candidates communication opt-ins. This can only be updated by the candidate via their settings page.
Q. A candidate selected not to be contacted for job matching but are receiving job matching emails?
Please ensure the emails are not job alerts email, these communications are different to job matching and are managed entirely by the candidate.
Q. Can we change the opt-ins to be pre selected?
Yes, the communications opt-ins can be set to be pre-selected. However, we always recommend speaking with your legal team before any changes are made to ensure you still comply with GDPR
