What can this report do for you?
This report focuses on all applications which have at some point been moved to a hired or offered status.
You are able to use quick-date range filters and Custom filters on this report:
Custom filters that are available include:
If you only wish to see candidate applications that are in the 'Offered' or 'Accepted' state, you can determine this using the above tickbox.
If you want to include 'Deleted' candidates as well as 'Active' candidates, you can determine that using the tickbox above.
You can also choose to include the 'Stop the Clock' period if this is a feature that you use within your organisation.
For more information on the 'Stop the Clock' feature, please click here.
'Working days' are classed as Monday - Friday, and Public Holidays are not taken into consideration.
Once you have set your date ranges and added in any other filters, you will be presented with a screen that looks like this:
- You may notice that there may be multiple rows for the same role - this is if multiple candidates have been offered the role
Please note - this is not restricted by the number of positions that are entered when creating the original job post.
Multiple candidates can be offered any job role, regardless of positions advertised.
If more candidates are offered a role than positions were originally determined, this will simply affect your % Hired and % Filled figures.
Initially you can see details of the specific job role:
Scrolling over to the right, you will see
- Details of the candidate's proposed Start Date
- Details of when the job was/is open until
- Details of the Job owner, Hiring Manager etc.
Further over to the right you will see details of the candidate and where they have originated from (Source):
Further still to the right of the page, you can see
- Details of the candidate and what stage of the application process they are currently sitting in
- When they were offered the role
- When they accepted the role
(This date is determined by when a candidate accepted their offer, not when they were moved to the 'Accepted' stage of the process)
This is also determined by having the Onboarding module within the ATS.
If you do not have the Onboarding module on your ATS, this column will be blank.
Further to the right, you will see
- Details of who offered the candidate the role ('Offer Actioned by...')
- If an Offer questionnaire was generated and which internal ATS user completed it
Finally, in the right-most columns you will be presented with:
- Extended Offer ID (if relevant)
This is an additional feature and needs to be activated on your ATS for data to be seen here - TTH Period and TTH figures
'TTH' refers to 'Time to Hire'.- The period can be specified by using the 'Settings' option in the top right-hand corner of any screen in Insights -
- Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu and scroll down the page to the 'TTH and TTF settings'
- The 'TTH' figure refers to Days
- Finally, you can see any Custom Fields that are linked to the roles
