Hires by Job Category (Top 10 and All)
New Hires by Source
If the Source is showing as 'Unknown', this is likely to be because
- The candidate originally applied or registered via an Incognito browser
- The candidate has ad-blocking or proxy server technology-enabled
- The candidate may have gone from an HTTPS server to an HTTP one.
In any of these situations, Tribepad is not able to track the source accurately and so must present the data as 'Unknown'.
New Hires by Agency Type
At the bottom of the page is the raw data in the report.
You will initially be presented with details of the job:
If you scroll to the right, you will see more job details and then details of the Job owner, Hiring Manager, Recruiter etc.:
You will then see details of the candidate:
Scrolling further to the right will show you details of the application and the actions completed in relation to it:
- What status the application is sitting in
- When the candidate applied
- When the candidate was Hired and when they were Offered to role
These dates are taken from the date that a candidate is moved through the application process, i.e. what date they were added to the 'Hired' stage and the 'Offered' stage.
For this data to be reliable, your ATS users must be moving candidates into the different stages at the appropriate time.
- If you are using the Onboarding module and have input your candidate's final salary into the platform via the 'Offer job (extended process)' option in the ATS,the salary will show up in the 'Final Agreed Salary' column
Scrolling further to the right will show you details of how long it took to progress the candidate through the application process:
This part of the report may be useful if you are wanting to see how long it takes for your ATS Users to perform certain actions.
Scrolling to the right again will show you details of the source(s) for the candidate(s) and any referrers or job boards where they originated from:
If no Source is detailed here, it maybe because your candidate is an internal candidate.
Finally, in the right-most columns of the report, you can see your TTH (Time to Hire) period and figures, and any Custom Fields that have been applied to the job:
- The TTH period can be specified by using the 'Settings' option in the top right-hand corner of any screen in Insights -
