What can this report do for you?
This report shows candidates who have made referrals for other candidates that have applied.
- It is is great for managing your internal referral processes.
Referrals can be made via your careers page or if you are an employee using the ATS. There is also the option to refer jobs to other candidates for a specific role.

You are able to choose from the quick-date range or Custom filters on this report:
Custom filters that are available include:
More than one option can be included in each filter, for example 'Business Unit may include 'Contact Centre' and 'Distribution':
- Simply select from the dropdown options and enter as many as you wish.
Date filters for this report apply to the referral creation date
The person to whom the referral was sent may not have created an account or application in the specified date range.
Once you have selected your date range, you will be presented with a page that looks like this:
Here you will see
- Information on the referrer
- Information on the candidate being referred
- When the candidate was referred
- What job they were referred for
- Details of when the referred candidate completed their application (if at all)
