What can this report do for you?
The User Deletion Scheduling report shows you information on candidates who are due to be deleted from your platform, following a period of being idle.
- You will not see data on candidates that have been deleted already in this report because they have, well, already been deleted!
Being idle on the ATS, means not having logged in or completed any actions for a set period of time.
- This time period is determined within Manage, under the Data Protection section.
Please note - for more information on setting these time periods, please click here.
When you click on this report, you will likely not see any data initially:
- To see any data, you need to enter a date range.
In the Custom Filters, you will see a space to enter a 'Scheduled' date - this must be a date in the future, as we cannot report on those accounts that already been deleted:
If you wish to look up a scheduled deletion date for a single candidate, you can enter their username in the field above as well.
- As it states above, you can only enter a single candidate username here:
At the bottom of the filter page, you can also choose to display Deletion Status and Deletion System (i.e. why they are being deleted - Candidate request, Idle account or Manage implemented deletion):
- You can display multiple ones of these if you wish:
Once you have entered the relevant filters, you should click at the bottom of the filter page.
The screen will refresh and you will see the relevant data you require:
Here you can see
- Candidate details
- Deletion System (i.e. why they are being deleted)
- Deletion Status
- The date of the next action - this could be a warning email that is being triggered from Manage to the candidate
- Scheduled deletion date.
