In this section, you will be able to report on information regarding talent pooling.
Talent Pooling - Tags List
This handy report below will show you the private and personal tags that have been created in your manage tool to assign to candidates within your ATS.
Your tags list can be updated and amended via your manage tool settings.
You will then be able to see the tag name, current use, status, create date and who it was created by.
Candidates - Candidates Tag
In this section, you can see a full report of the candidates that have been tagged using the above tag list.
Community
In this section, you will be able to see the activity-based around your post in the groups and communities section in the ATS. See below an example of a group, group creation, discussion, and replies.
Tabs across the top:
You can utilise the tabs across the top which have many different uses. The first 4 tabs as you can see below are there to quickly filter your report based on:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 28 days
Custom Filters:
In this section, you can use a more precise date range filter by selecting the relevant dates using the handy calendar selection.
Talent Pooling - Community Activity
In relation to the above report, this section provides a graph view of Forum Activity by day based on your Groups and communities section in the ATS. e.g job fair post sent out to candidates and the reply to the thread would be counted below in the graph.
